You stand so tall

by Patrik   Aug 11, 2005

You stand so tall,
Watching me quietly,
As I begin to fall.

I don't understand,
What happened to us,
What went wrong?

You stand so tall,
With a smile on your face,
Do you run in a higher pace?

I don't understand,
The joy you seem to feel,
When I am forced to kneel.

You stand so tall,
While I crumble inside,
You stole all my pride.

The flow of this poem wasn't that great. But the poem it's self was good. Please comment back if you get the chance, it would mean a lot. Keep it up
