Deadly Rainbow

by Alaleighea   Aug 11, 2005

Dying colors and fading grays
Shes slipping now in many ways
Weeping mind and empty eyes
Purple tears and blackened lies
Pale green hatred and turquoise fears
Deep blue secrets on deafened ears
Emerald confusion and chocolate trust
Salmon excitement and cerulean lust
Crimson hopes and violet dreams
Sapphire pain and lavender screams
Ruby nightmares and indigo love
Pale pink thoughts of burning doves
Navy laughter and amethyst heart
Ashen memories in forgotten parts
With blood stained hands shes no longer sane
As she dies slowly in her rainbow of pain

I am really diggin' this! I love the imagery and quick flow it has! It's an amazing piece! The emotion is definitely there!

The only tip I have is in this line:

    "Purple tears and blacked lies"

It should be either "black lies" or "blackened lies"!

Like I said, other than that it's awesome! Keep it up~Holly
