True Love Always Wins

Once so blind to what her future did hold
With a man who’s heart so weak and so cold

Loving him fully with out any doubts
Years later it worsen, surpassing the screams and the shouts

She said, “You hurt me, and physically this time!”
“And the twinkle in my eye will no longer shine.”

She then left trying not to look back
Being oh so careful to cover every little track

She said “I am gone and will never return!”
For this time her lesson had been learned

Now with the time that’s gone by
Again the twinkle in her eyes has again started to shine

With help from her loved ones and a new special man
He brought the shine back, as if they lived in a Fairy Tale land

Her friends see her happiness and give the man praise
For allowing our Trish’s spirits to continue to raise
