Maybe Someone Will Come

by Olivia   Aug 12, 2005

I don't eat anymore you know.
I feel like I have no room to grow.
Late at night i slice my wrists,
I tell my mother the excuse that fits.
"Darn cat" I will say,
Anything to keep her away.
I feel as if I need to impress,
It's hard though, when you don't own the right dress.
I can't really take this anymore,
I really need to just shut the door.
Slit my wrists, more, and more, and more.
Will this nightmare ever be over?
Or will i have to keep slicing until the very end.
Something always saves me though,
Something that I'm not really sure how to show.
Just all of my hopes and dreams to be loved,
It makes me think and contradict myself so much.
I really wish I wasn't lonely and that I had a best friend,
But maybe someone will come, before my real end.

I can be here for you, be a friend,
lend a listening ear. I use to saw
at my skin with a steak knife.. I also
use to make up excuses. My email
may be in my profile, if you wish to talk.
