A dear friend R.I.P.

You went on a trip to the river to have fun
You just wanted to enjoy your summer
Once you jumped into the river then you knew
The current was taking you and you didn't know what to do
The other three with you were saved
You were yelling for help but no one could
So many witnesses and nothing to do
You are gone now and we all miss you!
You made everyone laugh no matter who it was
You were so friendly and kind
You will forever be in my heart and on my mind
