Words He Can't Undo

~This is a poem dedicated to my great friend Sakura who just lost a love, though I've felt like this before too~

She's got no place left to dry her eyes.
And all she ever wonders is why...why
Hiding away in her room she sits and cries.
Hurt, tormented from thoughts shes broken inside.
Is her heart, like mine now deceased?
Will her tears ever cease?
Wish there was something more i could do
Instead of sit helplessly as she makes the same mistakes as me
I'm so sorry this had to be
She only wanted to love but he wanted to leave.
He wanted a conversation but she needed an explanation
He let her go but he will regret
That he left this special girl he met
Once he knows all the tears shes lost and wasted on him.
Now all she wants is to cry in front of him.
She's ripped up the photos she once wanted to kiss
But nothing will stop her from thinking and miss
those eyes, that smile, and yet he thought nothing of her all the while.
Now she has to pick up her tears and all the pieces
of the pictures and letters from him that she once cherished in peace.
Her words are shattered from nonstop sobs of her heart
As she tells me of how he terribly tore her apart.

Look what this poor girl is going through
All because he said the words he can't undo
