Cut up

by allison   Aug 12, 2005

Take a good look at me
You killed my insides
Forcing me
To cut up the outsides
Each drip of blood
That's hits the floor
Marks the spot
of every open soar.
You ignore the thought
that you shove me away
trying to come back
but you never stay
I shouldn't love you
I shouldn't care
this is just another lesson
That life isn't fair.

I really liked this poem, it was good. I'm not trying to critize your point of veiw when I say this because this is just my opinion, so don't take it offensively. But isn't it kind of like, other people don't make you cut? Don't they just frusturate and make you angry and upset to the point where you can't do anything except cut? And isn't it because YOU're angry, not them? Its just a question, I'm not trying to say I'm right or anything, I was more or less just wondering. well, I really liked the poem, keep writing.
