Tears streaming down my face
she handled it with such grace
She pulled me near and whispered "I love you dear"
She never wavered
she never doubted
We cried for sometime
Who would have guessed the price we would have paid

Our lives turned upside down,
just trying to keep our feet

Learning to make it right she pulled me near
