My Demon

by Heritik Tha Subliminal One   Aug 13, 2005

My demon is my guardian, the possessor of my soul,
He leads me to eternity, and guides me to the cold.
My demon is my hatred, filled with anguish and rage,
He is the thirst for death inside me, fed with my misery and my pain.
My body is its sanctuary, the crypt in which it rests,
He is pure evil and darkness, beneath my barrier of flesh.
My demon is my vanity, my wrath, and my greed,
He is the captor of my sins, in which I need.
I confide in my demon, for knowledge and strength,
He has given me satisfaction, and the darkness of night.
With-in the shadows I cast, my demon stays in toe,
Together we are one, and both free to roam.
