So last year you broke my heart,
I hated you then you tore my world apart.

You never knew how much I loved you.
I would have done anything you wanted me to.

But unfortunately that just wasn't enough.
All I wanted, needed was your love.

I just wasn't the girl of your dreams,
I never was good enough or so it seems.

So why is it that I still have room for you in my heart,

I don't understand How we're still friends..
because this broken heart will never mend.

But of course you never felt the same way.
