Why

She closes her eyes
He just doesn't seem to understand
She signs online
Of course he's there
She knows that she shouldn't
But she really cares
She sends him a hello
Knowing he's there hurts the worst
He makes her believe it all again
The lies the bitter taste of "love"
Her friends are worried about her
How she knows what he's doing
Yet she puts herself through it everyday
She knows that he doesn't love her
He knows that she knows
They live this is all a lie
Once more she asks herself why
Why does she make herself think that he does
Why does he tell her all these lies
Why can't she just tell him that she's had enough
The pain of what she's put herself through is getting too much
One of them have to do something
Either she tells him straight out and if he really does love her then his heart is gone
She tells him and they both get over it
Or she keeps letting on that she belives
And a little part of her dies each time they talk
Why she chose the last one no one will know
Maybe she really loved him and he didn't understand
Or maybe she was scared of hurting him
But why she chose to die to save him is something only she will know
