Surrronded my darkness
Living a lie
Engulfed by depression
Struggling just to get by

My heart cold and lonley
My body feeling weak
I want to leave this world
For this life is much too bleak

My Love of life gone
My wrists sliced and cut
My biggest fear is
That I'll never get out of this rut

Sitting all alone
With scars too deep to hide
Figuring out what to do with my problem
Of not wanting to be alive

So I turn to the knife
The object i have been turning to so much
And as I fade away
I no longer feel the rush

    I thought this would be a cliche topic and it is, but you manage to make it work for your advantage.

    The only thing I can critized about this poem is, shorten your lines. In ever stabza there is one that is extra long, it kinda trip over itself.

    Suicide isnt the answer...although some of my poems disagree with that lol. but good poem and keep writing!
