Blood Splattered Sheets

by KittieKat   Aug 16, 2005

The girl; lies. In her own blood.
She cries for someone,
Yet she is ignored, like the cuts.
She has layed, upon her skin.
Her white sheets, splattered,
With the blood she has released.
Instead of tears, she can't cry.
No one can see, she's still not..
Alright.
She has to be strong,
For Lauren,
For Chris,
For Kara.
No, she can't let go- not now.
When her friends arms are her sanctuary.
Yet still she screams, you ignore her.
Once again, she is left.
On her blood splattered sheets.
To heal her own wounds
No one to hold her hand,
She can't reveal, how she's feeling.
Not now, not after so much.
She tried to heal herself,
Yet really, she was just growing-
A stronger mask,
To hide under.
And bury her emotions.
So deep inside.
She now lays; on her blood splattered sheets.
Not sure how to move,
Afraid that she'll slip too deep.
All alone,
She cries.
Do you hear her?
