The Storm

by Kimberly   Aug 16, 2005

The dark cloud assends apon us
The wind gets stronger
The rain trickles down on you
It gets heavier and heavier
Lightening flashes, lights up the sky
Thunder growls in the distance like a hungry stomach
The rain pours onto you like a bucket
The wind blows stronger
Leaves twirl around in circles
They twirl up around you
They take you high
Higher then anyone else could carry you
Higher into the storm clouds
Higher away from all this confusion and frustration
Higher and further away
Too a better place
