Don't change for bullies

Do you believe in what they say?
In the things they do and the games they play?

Do you think it has to be true?
They say they're right, there’s nothing you can do.

You sit alone and wonder, where should you be?
You didn't belong here it was clear to see.

Just because you were different, because you were unique,
You were always seen as that weird freak.

You loose strength in your mind to keep on going,
What’s the point in trying, you’re not worth knowing.

You don't want to live; yet you don't want to die,
All you can do is break down and cry.

You feel so lost, where are you from?
All your dreams your hope, its now all gone.

You want to pack your bags and fly away,
Leave all this trouble to yesterday.

You can't go now; you have to make it through life,
Just give yourself time and you'll realise I’m right.

Once you've found who you really are,
You’ll be thankful and know that you were sent from the stars.

You can't explain yourself, no one really can,
But it takes a really special person to know you and understand.

That you are so great, weird but wonderful too,
And that special person will be just like you.

They are also waiting for you to come hurrying along,
You’ve been sent to help each other, together you are so strong.

So when you’re feeling lonely, depressed and a little blue,
Just remember there's someone out there, and they'll be thinking of you.
