Let the time take its course

by ddevildude   Aug 16, 2005

Pain, sorrow, grief
When would the old tree shed its leaf?
I wait for the rain from new sky above,
While searching for the flying dove.

When would the winds finally blow?
Questioning the sands, it’s time to flow.
Who says that time doesn't stop?
O leaf! Why doesn't the dew drop?
My eyes are to weak to see such dreams
Why don’t they flow away with the streams...?
My shoulders are still too weak for what you aspire me to do,
Wake up! Realize, sands can take their own shapes too.

Why do the seeds let winds take their decision?
I am the eye of god, crying in this prison.
O mighty ocean! I am the drop of your own flow,
Let the moon set and let the sun glow,
old man! Lend me your hand, pull me from this remorse.
I'm asking for your hand so that time could take it’s coarse.
The wind is now questioning the sands to blow,
I open my hands so that time could flow
