Tragedy

She’s standing outside the gates of heaven,
But no angel will let her in.
She’s suffocated by the confusion,
And the silent thoughts shatter within.

Now she’s left on a path to find her way back home,
To a place she doesn’t belong.
With a longing to rest in the arms of an angel,
Instead she’s left in the dark alone.
