Still Searching

by killers kiss   Aug 18, 2005

Eyes are open the days here, no taste no sent, where’s my dear?

In the mirror I look into, myself I see looking through

Hand held high to the light, no heat no touch to unite

The itch of lust repels with pride, it eats away I’m left in divide

Collective thoughts harass in shame, I walk alone life’s still the same

I look around I see the world, a piece is missing times feeling old

All I need is a reflective other, to shield the rain and protect with cover
