It's Raining in the Mountains

Wow, love the imagery! Also the second stanza rocked! You conveyed it all so well, however in this line:

"With scattered snow among some around,"

It doesn't sound right to me. "Among some around", maybe I'm just not getting it! That's been known to happen to me...lol. Anyway, other than that, the poem is superb! Take care~Holly

Thats lovely, mountains are beautiful arent they, I went to the alps a while back and it was just amazing, wow, I loved it, this is a really lovely poem, really original and different, my favourite poem so far, very well done to you, this is a master piece, keep it up and take care

I love the Colorado Rocky Mountains, my aunt and uncle live in Colorado and everytime i go to stay with them they take me to see them.

Sounds beautiful... reminds me of a place in Upstate NY. Its in the mountains too and these words describe it in every way:
'Far away in the distance,
It's beauty is lost to the world,
Forgotten and mysterious holding true'
