Cold and bare.

by Nicola   Aug 19, 2005

She is alone in her room, it's so cold and bare, everything is taken from her, there is nothing there.

She turns off the light, and lays on the bed, she is so sick of life, she wishes to be dead.

She feels there is no reason, for her to live, she is only 13 years old, although she has much to give.

She walks through the dark hallway, opens the kitchen draw, she has been there done that, just like before.

She looks at her parents door, that is shut and locked, walks back to her room, she is so sick of being mocked.

She starts so cry silently, as she raises the knife, she knows with one stab, it is the end of her life.

She feels so much pain, but then she just stops, her life flashes before her, her ears start to pop.

She wants to go back, to the way it was, to when she was younger, but now she is lost.

There is so much more to life, she knows it can get better, then she looks around, and drops her letter.

She doesn't want to die now, she cant sit there and wait, for her life to get better, but now it is too late.
