I can remember the feeling of the sand beneath my toes
you see people walking, wondering,
wishing and waiting
you meet someone so you sit there talking the night
the sunset goes down, suddenly you see a bright stary sky.
I can remember how the wind would blow lifting me off my feet
when i was alone and i was able to get away from everybody i knew
i laugh when i think of kids building sad castles just so they disappear
i smile when i think of the good times the sea and i shared that day together
i can recall the breeze in my hair as i sailed the open sea
i can remember the thought of never wanting to leave the beach
being at peace with the ocean as if we were one ocean in harmony i remember loving and living for the sea, the ocean and the white water
