Un-welcomed/welcomed

Yet another night
Yet another day
But right here
Is where i stay

There is no movement
There is no speaking
There are no shadows
There is no creeping

My life it seems just
Black and white
No further happiness
beyond the light

Yet here is where i lay
Never seem to move an inch
Only stare at the wall
Not even a sudden flinch

One day an un-welcomed stranger
Stepped inside my room
Ripped open the curtains
Pulled at cobwebs with a broom

Turned off my music
Helped me up off the floor
Told me that i wasn't
To be sad anymore

I did as i was told that day
Haven't stopped smiling since
My life if full of laughter
