The emo kid

by katie!   Aug 20, 2005

I was walking along the motorway late last night
When an emo kid came up starting a fight
He laughed at my socks and poked me in the eye
I tell you it hurt so much I nearly cried

He was about 4 feet high with dyed black hair
He threw my new LP way over there, yes there
His little friends were green and high on weed
Laughing at his jokes until one of them peed

Picked up my drumsticks and rapped them on the head
I never intended them to end up dead
I thought that it would just give them shock
Really, I didn't expect them to turn to solid rock

But, yes I suppose I did walk far away
Well I had to get to my fruit pastilles by today
Maybe I shouldn't have stolen his hair dye
But then again, he did poke me dead hard in the eye

It messed me up as I walked through the red streets
I began dreaming that my legs were made of feet
That funny little creature well he stays on my mind
As does the tattoo of the Simpson's remain on my behind

I promise I never meant to hurt that emo kid
You can say all you want, technically I never did
Just because the motorway has a new statue
Doesn't mean I intended him to be covered in bird pooh

Come on your Honor, you have no idea
I thought I'd be eating purple chickens not locked in here
So let me out, I like your wig by the way
I'll regret the emo incident to my dying day

One of the most unique poems I've read on this site. Kind of dark but yet had some comic attitude with it.
