Theres so much more to life
than any cutter sees
they try to do it their way
which they think sets them free

don't get me wrong
i also do self harm
i always turn to my knife
its like my lucky charm

I'm warning you to stop
its addictive like drugs and drinks
as you cry every night
when the crimson drips into the sink

i no your thinking it helps
but only for a second
then your cleaning your mess up
and trying to look decent

now you try to hide it
by wearing your long sleeves
but every night your back at it
crying on your knees

some nights you'll want to stop
so you'll stare at it for a bit
but in the end you grad the blade
because your sick of this shit

if you haven't started
your lucky as hell
because if you do you'll be a totally different person
you'll be locked up in a shell

but if you think about it
theres people who have it worse
so whats the point in starting
you don't want this horrible curse

the scars that are made
are ugly as sin
and all your doing
is letting the devil get in

i don't no why you want that to happen
when most of you are teenagers like me
because i no you have the chance
to set things free

to everyone who does it
i no about your pain
been there done that
and honestly i feel ashamed

i no all of you are stronger
its what you chose in the end
hold on a little longer
and your heart will eventually mend

its karma if your nice then things will change for you...they might start off bad but god works in weird ways...remember everything happens for a reason..good or bad...some get it worse but if they want things to change for them and they arn't bad people things will change..not over night of course everything takes time...believe me...so you have to be patient...please stay strong!
