Fade Away!

There's nothing left for me to do, but slowly fade away.
The blackest tears I cry show what words just cannot say.
I fear I'm already lost to you, forgotten, dead in your eyes.
Regrets, broken promises, emptiness, - all punctuated by lies.
Though I try still, to not let you see my pain.
But everytime I look at you I know I'm struggling in vain.
I'll end up friendless and alone, like so many times in the past.
Rather than being the one to end it, you will be the last.
Not a complaint you'll hear from me, not a whimper, cry or shout.
The imaginary blade will silence my sorrows, as I bleed from the inside out.
I feel nothing anymore, to weak to even hate.
But when you finally realise, I know it'll be too late.
