My eyes are open
I finally feel free
Free from the pain
From the chains
I can fly
I can breathe
Everything that was holding me back
Im now strong enough to break free
I have the LORD to thank
Without him I would be still be held down
For HE is able
Always present in my life
Even when I tried to walk alone
HE would not let me go
HE would not allow me to live in my own strife
Praise Be to God
For without him my eyes would still be closed
Still held captive
Unable to fly
Unable to breathe
I can do everything through CHRIST who gives me strength
Now He has made me strong enough to break free
