Who is to blame?

She text him,
He came round,
She wore a short skert,
He brought Friends round,
She lead them on,
They went to far,
They wouldn't go,
She mest around,
They stole her phone,
She ran after them,
He grabbed her,
She didn't care,
He pulled her skirt up,
She kicked Him,
He let go,
She ran back,
They ran away,
She lied to the police,
Now they want ME dead.
