Don't cry, don't hurt yourself

by Eric McGlaughlin   Aug 24, 2005

I tell one, I tell all.
I'd rather die than watch you fall.
Grant your pain unto me,
and stand back and watch as I let myself bleed.
To those I love and will always care for,
My heart is intact,
but It's still tore.

To readers, don't think sadly of me, I choose the way I live. I choose to take your pain, so please, grant my final wish.

This is a very expressive poem, I can see. It is one of those poems where the words have been put together puerfectly, so even if it was only a 5 worded poem, it would still inspire the reader. Your poem touched me and I respect you highly for what it means. 5/5, keep writing.
