I tried so hard,
but made things wrong.
All I ever wanted was for a good guy to come along,
Look what I have done.
I've broken my own heart,
I was so stupid.
I made things look different then they really are.
There is a difference between friends and lovers.
But I wasn't smart enough to show the difference.
Now I have broken my own heart.
I've locked the rest of the pieces away.
I'm so stupid.
I'm in love,
I never lied about that.
I'm sorry you don't believe me,
but I've tried everything.
I will always love you...
