My god I miss you
I wish you were home
I want to see you
so you can keep me from harm
It's been six months
Since I saw you last
my tears are still falling
streaming down fast
I love you with all my heart
and miss you just so
Why can't you just come home
where you belong?
I know why you are there
and I do support you
it's the least that I can do
you'd do the same for me too
I am just lonely
for you my love
my precious gift
from heaven above
I wish you could hear
my simple request
it's too bad that you are so far
that you can't hear it at best
Thousands of miles
separates us
but our love for one another
is what keeps us at our best
My wish is simple
that you would admit
your love for me
so we can be together finally
I must leave this with you
and please at my request
really think about this
before you get back from your quest
Can a man and a woman
really just be friends?
Or will there always be
sexual tension between her and he?
