Perfect

I decided to make a list
of what it is you do
that makes me care so much
I'll only name a few

it hasn't been that long
that we have been together
and I'd write every reason down
but I can't write forever ;)

so lets just pick a number
I'll minimize it down to three
reason number one:
you're a lot like me

crazy, creative, caring
athletic, lot's of fun
we're both out to save the world
think we can rescue everyone

reason number two:
you do the little things
from opening up the door
to pushing me on the swings

holding my hand in front of your friends
and when we're walking down the street
a simple kiss on the fore head
or even on the check

and last but not least
you're the one that makes me smile
and before you, believe me
it had been quite a while

but now I can't even help it
almost to the point of tears
and that's my shortened version
my long one, I'll be writing for a million years
