She

She sits at the table,
Half filled bottle in her hand.
Lost in her thoughts.
That no one understands.

They call it a bad habit,
An unhealthy one at that,
But they don’t go through.
What she does, that’s a fact.

She lies through her teeth.
To get her through the day,
She orders them to be gone,
Then begs them to stay.

She doesn’t know how to just be,
But is the best actor of all.
She can’t pick herself up,
Yet she stands so tall.

Her life exists as hell,
The good memories so rare,
But the light still shines through,
Even if no one cares.

Jealousy runs through her,
It burns her soul.
And it runs so deep inside,
As her black heart turns cold.

Sadness fills her heart,
Anguish fills her soul,
It always seems to breaks apart,
Her emotions no one knows.

She's constantly lost,
In this dark and hollow world.
She doesn't know where to go,
Just another sad and depressed girl.

As the dark night arrives,
and day begins to fade away,
So does she,
and her unspoken emotions she never got to say.

[[I guess this one is...how i feel most of the time, but in a slightly more illustrated way. It's a darker way to describe how i feel. I know there are others out there who can relate too...i don't think theres much of a point to this poem - lol - but i'd like to hear your comments anyway ]]
