We met-young.
We grew up together,
Had adventures,
Fought together,
And against each other.
Years of fun
Flew past us.
Only memories stay.
Fears of saying good-bye for good
We thought was just a myth
But the nightmare has come true

I wish this wouldn't,
Couldn't happen.
But maybe its for the better.
Will we still have contact with each other!?
Will we ever see each other again?
We will never know.
We can't predict the future,
But we can affect it.
We always have.
The troubles we've been in,
And got out of.
The lies we told,
And the secrets we kept.
Only memories will haunt us.
Good memories,
Bad memories,
And stupid memories that we just can't erase.
But when we are old,
And have children of our own,
We will have stories to tell.
