The Night!

As they sat down to eat,
she spoke like an angle
the candle light gave off heat
as they dangled
with the sparkle in his eyes
theres no way he could
lie
the sky was blue
the air was fresh
you could feel the due
as he spoke soft
he walked her to her loft
and as he kissed her goodnight
with the moon shining bright
as he knelt down on one knee
he spoke "will you marry me?"
as she cried a soft awnser
"yes"
and as he walked home all he could think of
was how beautiful she was that night
when he kissed her goodnight
in the shinning moon light
and as she turned off her light, all she could think of was when...
he bent down on one knee
and aksed her "will you marry me?"
and she knew when they were old and had grandchildren of there own,
she'd sit them down and tell them
of when she saw the sparkle in grandpas eyes
and new he would never lie
