Hitting The Bottom

Destroy everything inside
Make sure it all keeps quiet
So in the most desperate moments it stays silent
And it won’t make the grumbling noises it makes
When it’s sad and needs to be fed
Feed it your pain and feed it your blood
Feed it your innocence until you’ve gone insane
Walk the lonely streets with less vigor
Watch your heart as it slowly empties
Feel your body go weak with exhaustion
Who cares?
It’ll all get better in the end
There’s no emotion left in the empty blue eyes
Sleeping outside in the starless night
Wishing for a star to appear
Feeling the cold closing in
Breathing down your neck
Feed it your heart and feed it your soul
Feed it your betrayal and it will leave you alone
Lay back down and dream
But all you see is black
You have no memory no recall of the happy times
You’re falling, falling, falling down to the very bottom
Where no light can get in through the cracks
It’s very hard to breathe
Where is the life giving air?
Correction, there is no more life
You will die down here
Slit your own wrists
Cackle as your blood flows away
Not even caring that you’ll leave
Your face is beginning to get blue
Someone calls out to you
A tiny peep of heartless desire
Not even heard in your stitch-less mind
Everything was thrown around, blackness consumes you whole
Down your mouth through your eye sockets
Filling you up
And making you nothing
Only an vague reminder in the mind of one
