Your Greatest Fears

by Clare   Aug 27, 2005

Let me ask you
a question of fate
and after the answer
the purpose i will state

what are you afraid of
what might it be
tell me all your fears
and make me see

once you tell me
ill disappear
but next time you see me
ill be in the shape of your greatest fears

hide your fright
hold your tears
and you wont see me for many years

but if you make the slightest sound
if you try and run
ill send you straight into the ground
i will not spare your life

you'll never know
when I'll show
but ill be there for sure
and you'll be taken in a blur

ill take your heart
ill take your soul
and if you start
ill eat you whole

so you'll never know
when you'll run into me
and you'll never know
where you'll be

if u want to live
then hold your tears
because theres nothing i wont give
to take the shape of your greatest fears
