Thoughts and Dreams

I close my eyes
and drift away.
Moon so bright
shines in on me tonight.
I think of you
thoughts coming through.
Your by my side
but only in my mind.
It seems so real
I start to feel.
But when I wake
it was only fake.
I start to cry
and wonder why.
You cant be here with me
I try so hard but still can t see.
I close my eyes
my thought dies.
I drift away
but this time to stay.

and I dream of you.
