Always a spot for you

by Casey   Aug 29, 2005

The dull throbbing of my heart
Beating out my love for you
Is slowly dying out.

The subtle lump that rises in my throat
Every time I see you
Has shrunken away.

The hole in the pit of my stomach
Swallowing all of my sanity
Is caving in.

But that spot on my heart
Reserved only for you
Remains the same.
