With these endless words I write

Of this happiness I fake
For underneath this smile
There's so many hurting scars
A girl who trys to make it through
Never getting very far
You think her eyes have a spark
But really they just shimmer from the tears
I close my eyes and try to block
Out all my greatest fears
At night I sit in bed
Pull my knees up to my chest
Crying, praying it will end
Tomorrow hoping for the best
But my prayers are never answered
The next night is the same
I make all these mistakes
Because I feel this never ending pain
I know you want to help
I know that you now care
But what you just don't understand
Is it's not enough to just be there
Theres nothing you can do
No hope why cant you see?
