Trying to take you away.....

I look at you,
Tears are falling,
Your name I'm calling,
You don't answer me,
I touch you to see if you are ok,
There is nothing you have to say,
You won't speak, eat or sleep,
You sit there day after day,
Why won't your pain go away?
I try to erase the tears,
Throw away all your fears,
But there is nothing I can do,
But I won't leave because I love you,
You are my best friend,
And I promised you I would be here till the end,
I won't go back now,
And my words erase,
For that I would myself hate,
Girl you know that I am here when everyone else is gone,
I know that won't be much comfort when some much seems to go wrong,
You look around and see people dying everywhere,
Your looking on again with that same blank stare,
I try and pull you away,
But it's like there something there,
That holds your thoughts and makes you stay!
I wish that I could take all your depression away!
But all I know to do is forever with you stay!
