Cupid is back with that stupid arrow,
Not with happiness but bringing sorrow,
Why has he done this to me,
I’m looking everywhere but I can’t see,

I thought that what I felt was real,
But cupid came along to steal,
He took my love right out of my life,
An in my heart implanted a knife,

So much pain this has brought,
One of life’s lessons, I have been taught,

I know that this will be a sign,
