Miss Misery.

by Marta   Sep 1, 2005

Everyday the misery seems to deepen further into my skin. It almost seems like it's already screaming, you can't win.

All my strength has weakened into nothing but endless crying. After everything that's happened, I'm too sick and tired of trying.

Every night when I pray to God, I wish for him to take my life. It is not worth the minutes I spend drowning in sorrow and strife.

Loneliness consumes me like it would never let me go. It makes me want to hide and never come out and grow.

After all these years nothing has changed within myself. People surround me and I'm still the dust upon that wooden shelf.

Misery let me go and this chain you seem to not release. For my soul lingers for eternal bliss and a grave to rest in peace.
