Notice Me (Pt 2)

I never thought I would do it,
But I finally got the courage,
To tell you how I feel about you.
I walked up to you,
When you were all alone.
I said hi and told you my name.
Then without even knowing,
I was telling you everything.
Telling you how much I love you,
And for how long.
You didn't say a word,
So I walked away.
I knew I shouldn't have done it.
I knew it would only bring tears to my eyes.
But the next day at school,
I got a note from you.
It said to meet you at your locker after lunch.
So after lunch,
I went to your locker,
Not knowing what was going on.
I walked up next to you,
And you started talking.
Telling me how much you love me,
And for how long.
Then you finally asked me,
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
That was the happiest moment of my life.
Of course I said yes,
And we heard the bell ring.
We hugged each other goodbye,
And we both looked behind our heads.
You then gave me a smile,
That I could never forget.
All this time,
We were in love,
But neither of us would say a word.
And I guess after all,
You did notice me all along.
