Personal changes

I was at a party & met a cute guy,
I went to talk to him because he was giving me the eye.
We started talking & laughed into the night,
Talked so much that I lost track of time.
I asked him for a ride because I didn't have a car,
He said, Sure I'll drive you it depends on how far.
So I showed him where I lived & we pulled into the driveway,
He asked, Can I come in & use the bathroom I promise I won't stay.
My parents weren't home so I was hopeing to steal a little kiss,
One of those was my only simple wish.
But we ended up in my room on my bed,
And I got a little more than I wanted instead.
Now I wait for my doctor & for his reply,
Come to find out I have a baby growing inside.
Tears begin to fall as I drop to the ground,
And my baby's daddy is nowhere to be found.
I'm too young I can't even take care of me,
Now I have to grow up fast & take care of a baby.
I went to a party & met a cute guy,
That was the party that changed my whole life.
Now I'm stuck with a kid that I have to raise,
This is real life unfortunately this is not a phase.
I guess it's true our mistakes we learn from,
Because next time I'm not going to be so dumb.
