I sat on my roof and looked on for miles,
And the horizon, I noticed was gone.
And I even planted some flowers in my garden,
But can't remember if the petals are red or blue.
So I sat down to write a poem about us,
Though after two hours I wrote one word.
Tried running with you in my mind,
But never even left the starting blocks.
Because Lauren these things now,
I never before could have dreamt to share.
And only since my passion did find,-
Have I started becoming lost in my mind.
I even tried imagining you cry,
But so much beauty was meant only to smile.
And it is no lie that eyes likes yours,-
Will forever reflect youre emotions inside!
