Do you know what its like?

What its like to live your life in fear,
Or to always look for the rain after the rainbow?
When you should be happy with everything thats right,
Instead your wondering what is going to go wrong next.

Do you know what its like?

What its like to never accept things as they are,
And to alwayz expect the worst of things.
Even when thingz are great, they're really not,
Because you think to much and live to little.

You dont know what its like,
What its like to never let yourself be happy,
Or to never let yourself care about anything,
Because you're afraid of being happy,
You're afraid that things wont work out for you.

Why are you afraid?
You're afraid because everything good has alwayz went bad,
And everytime things seem to turn around,
Sumthing alwayz goes wrong.

No, you dont know whut its like.
Because you refuse to know.
You refuse to care.
But why do you refuse to care?
Because its easier that way,
Its easier to just refuse to remember,
To refuse to remember that you can care.

Maybe you do know whut its like?
And maybe you just dont want to know.
You dont want to know anything.
You've became numb to the world,
And you dont know how to help yourelf.
