In the eyes of love

by Unrequited   Sep 6, 2005

Winding down
the past is over
getting cold
the struggle has just begun

the pierced skin of my liquid dreams
shattered beyond recognition
the gray haze of each black morning
blinds the eyes of lovers
and holds the fate of eternal sunshine that lies within our hearts
the love is so close
tears are left behind
and when our regrets are slowly forgiven
will we be able to move on

painful regression
sorrow's reflection
in you i hold my love so true

the razorblade of night
and the serene calm of tomorrow
we rest in the eyes of love
and arise before death can take us away
in you i will die
for you i will forever try
and the blood of the innocent will be shed no more

winding down
the past is over
no more cold, pain has lost its thunder
and in the eyes of love
our future has just begun

you are everything
and my love would die for you

Strong emotions...and very interesting way of looking at things...this one seems to be dark...but then some light is found :) I love it.
