Gods telling me,
to trust in him
take the path he wants me to take
and try not to sin

hes also telling me
theres a guy out there
that wants to be with me
he really does care

but reality is getting in the way
us just calling each other friend
i think about him day by day
I'm wondering if this heart can ever mend

but its too soon to think
if he can mend this heart
after all we only met a few months ago
labeling ourselves "friends" is the start

the question i wanna know about this
is what the end will turn out to be
is the start gonna stay the same till the end?
or will he be with me?

I'm gonna keep on praying
and god will tell
