In Math Class

by SethM   Sep 7, 2005

I ponder the day,
Letting my mind wander
Listening to the same teacher\'s Voice echo through my head
Telling me of three step Equasions, and paralellograms Describing the differnce
Between a numeric expression
And an equasion.
\"Divide by three!\"
The voice demands.
I feel comfort in knowing
It\'s not direction towrds me.
Math class \"sucks\"
Is what they say,
but I feel differntly.
It\'s the only time of day
I get a break from school.
My tank of absent-mindedness.
I rest my head,
In math class.
