Now You Think

by Erin   Sep 7, 2005

She sits sad and alone. You call she picks up the phone.
You want to talk, she does too
But thats something she can't do.
She tries to hold tears back with all her might, she begins to cry, clenches the phone tight.
You can hear her crying even her quiet sighing.
You say I love you, hoping to hear I love you too.
But, She cries even harder.
Now that she cries you wish you would have never hurt her.
Then she says I have to go, you say it's OK I know.
Now you sit and stare, you wonder does she still care.
You regret what you've done because you know she was the one.
